Reporting to John Higgins, chief of client and partner success, Kasun will lead the strategic evolution of Pega’s partner ecosystem to help clients accelerate their legacy transformation journeys, including strengthening alliances with global systems integrators and hyperscalers, accelerating adoption of Pega GenAI™ and Pega Blueprint™ through partners, and expanding partner-influenced revenue across global markets.
This appointment supports Pega’s focus on leveraging strategic partnerships and simplified commercial models to broaden market reach and drive application modernization. Under Kasun’s leadership, Pega will expand its ecosystem to help partners deliver cloud-native, modern applications faster than ever.

Kasun joins from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he built and led partner organizations that delivered high growth co-sales in the public sector and financial services industries for over a decade, with a particular focus on helping Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) work effectively with the AWS sales organizations. Prior to AWS, he spent 18 years at Microsoft, driving innovation and revenue across regulated industries including government, education, and healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Lehigh University.
