New Integrations Bring Gong Data and Insights Directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot and Allow Customers to Create Autonomous Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
Gong, the leading revenue AI company, announced it is partnering with Microsoft to integrate Gong’s industry-leading revenue AI platform with Microsoft’s trusted productivity applications and Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents ecosystem. The integration will redefine how revenue teams drive growth and efficiency by bringing Gong’s context-rich customer interaction data and AI-powered revenue insights directly into the tools go-to-market teams use every day, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook. Additionally, joint customers will benefit from the ability to create custom agents connected to Gong data which can automate custom workflows within Microsoft 365 Copilot.
“Revenue teams are under pressure to do more with less as they work to meet ambitious targets with fewer resources and tighter timelines. That’s why access to timely, trustworthy data is more critical than ever,” said Amit Bendov, CEO at Gong. “We’re thrilled to work more closely with Microsoft to arm sellers and developers with the insights they need, where they need them, and turn every customer interaction into a strategic advantage.”

The integrations announced today will deliver insights and automation capabilities to joint customers, including:
Integrated Revenue Insights Across Microsoft 365: The new Microsoft Graph Connector for Gong integrates Gong’s rich customer interaction data and revenue intelligence into Microsoft Graph, empowering joint customers with crucial insights directly within the tools they use every day. Sales professionals can instantly retrieve conversation summaries, action plans, risk alerts, customer objections, competitive concerns, and strategic recommendations without switching applications, providing continuous insights and actions within their Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 Office, and Teams workflows. Gong customers can now access the trusted insights they already rely on in their daily flow of work, making it faster and easier to act on customer signals in the moment. When deeper research or full context is needed, they can link directly back into Gong for the full conversation details and more.
Custom Autonomous Agents via Microsoft Copilot Studio: Revenue teams can now leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio’s low-code environment to create custom agents that harness Gong’s customer interaction data alongside any CRM within a unified framework. Deployed in Microsoft 365 Copilot, these purpose-built autonomous agents can execute complex tasks like automatically flagging at-risk deals, summarizing pipeline changes, and streamlining critical revenue workflows. The automation liberates revenue teams from administrative burdens, allowing them to concentrate on high-value selling activities. For Gong customers, this unlocks the ability to power agents, whether built in Microsoft or within Gong, with deep revenue context. No matter where sellers work, those agents will deliver smarter guidance and automate key tasks using the Gong customer and deal signals teams already trust.

These capabilities extend the existing Gong and Microsoft integrations, including a new bi-directional data synchronization between Gong and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. It provides enriched context in Dynamics 365 Sales drawn from Gong activity data like calls, emails, next steps, and key discussion points. With seller activity fully synced and enriched in Dynamics 365 Sales, Revenue Operations can run cleaner reports, sales leaders can prepare faster, and it’s easy to spot accounts at risk due to inactivity. With the need for platform switching and manual updates eliminated, revenue teams can rely on CRM data as their source of truth. For Gong customers, it means their most important customer signals are accessible directly in Dynamics 365 Sales, allowing them to drive revenue motions with confidence in the accuracy and completeness of the data.
“Microsoft and Gong understand that revenue teams are the driving force behind every organization. Together, we are empowering our joint customers to modernize their operations and make informed, data-driven decisions – seamlessly within the Microsoft tools they already rely on, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio,” said Charles Lamanna, Corporate Vice President, Business & Industry Copilot at Microsoft. “By integrating Gong’s rich customer interaction data into the Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent ecosystem, we are enabling customers to unlock powerful insights and intelligence in a scalable way.”
